Its hard to believe it is time already, but we've been busy scheduling our list of events for 2018! Please save the dates and join us in supporting our local abused and neglected children!! Every child has a chance. That chance is YOU.
February 23 - Next CASA volunteer training starts! We are in need of volunteers to serve more children! Every child deserves to be heard.
March - TBD - CASA Day at the Statehouse - hundreds of CASA volunteers and staff come together to make a difference at the Indiana Statehouse. We talk to lobbyists and legislators about the trenches of child abuse in our own backyards - and about what CASA is doing to support these children!
March - Make Art from the Pieces Event and Auction! - Date and details to follow!! This one is going to be so fun! We're thankful to be partnering with Madison Main Street and Muddy Fork Antiques on this!!
April - Child Abuse Awareness Month - stay tuned for the calendar of activities for the month!!
April 25 - Superhero 5K, 1K, and virtual K - Event for all ages - a Fun Run on Madison's scenic riverfront. Event includes a costume contest for all ages, i.e. individual child and adult winners as well as award for best family costume!!
May and June - It's back!!! Flock Your Neighbor!!! Send a flock of pink flamingos to a friend or neighbor's yard! They appear overnight and disappear the next night. Hoping to avoid being flocked? You can purchase Flocking Insurance as well!
September 28 - When Life Gives You Lemons... Fundraiser Dinner!! Second annual dinner and auction!! This event was a humongous success for us in 2017 and we can't wait to top it next year! Our auction items include signed memorabilia, original paintings, weekend getaways, and condo stays in highly-sought out vacation spots!
